Important Notice

Due to the recent suspension of the U.S. government's de minimis exemption for all countries, EMS (Express Mail Service)—which we normally use via the post office—is currently unavailable for shipments to the United States.

Also, due to the strike by the Canada Post labor union, Japan Post has temporarily suspended acceptance of international mail to Canada, including EMS. So, we cannot send products to Canada via EMS at this moment.

However, for high-value orders totaling over USD 1,000, we can ship via FedEx without any additional charge, so placing an order is still possible.

Even for orders that are not high-value, we can still ship via FedEx. In such cases, an additional shipping charge will apply. Once we know which product you would like to order, we can inform you of the shipping cost accordingly.
